In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the mbk4d Platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not hold player accounts.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register, self-exclusion database, or voluntary exclusion program that covers online gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of mbk4d, its affiliated companies, or any of its software and game providers, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your country of residence.

mbk4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

To access the full suite of betting and gaming products on the mbk4d Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following terms apply to your Account at all times:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold one and only one active Account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. mbk4d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify mbk4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized transactions have been made on your Account.
• Account Verification (KYC): mbk4d may require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of residential address issued within the last three months.

mbk4d supports a range of local and international payment methods designed for the convenience of Indonesian players. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals are currently available via: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Tether (USDT — TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Own-Account Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or cryptocurrency addresses not belonging to you are prohibited and may trigger an AML review, account suspension, and return of funds to the origin account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

mbk4d targets a withdrawal processing time of one to three hours for standard verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Christmas, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals are processed in the order in which they are received by the finance team.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• mbk4d does not charge internal withdrawal fees, however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees beyond our control.

4.5 Currency & Cryptocurrency

Player balances are denominated in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) by default. Players who deposit in USDT or BTC will have their balance displayed in the chosen cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Withdrawals for crypto depositors are processed in the same cryptocurrency where possible. mbk4d is not responsible for cryptocurrency network congestion, blockchain confirmation delays, or exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

mbk4d operates a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programs, free spins offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering," all bonus amounts and any winnings derived from free spins must be wagered a specified number of times before they qualify for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets popular with Indonesian sportsbook players), and table games may contribute at reduced rates as specified in each promotion. Check the specific promotion details for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Minimum Odds: Where a sportsbook promotion requires qualifying bets, those bets must be placed at minimum odds as stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation. Unused bonus balance and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited automatically upon expiry. The expiry period is stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Promotion at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may run concurrently in a player's account. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all associated balances being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: mbk4d employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk without genuine play, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their spirit. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently banned.

The following general rules apply to all wagers and gaming activity on the mbk4d Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games) are additionally governed by the rules published within each product section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mbk4d. A bet is deemed accepted when it is confirmed by the Platform with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Each betting market and game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of bet placement. mbk4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets without prior notice.
• Obvious Errors: mbk4d reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as the result of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the player's Balance.
• Sportsbook — Void Events: In the event that a sporting fixture is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to conclude within the specified timeframe, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published in the sportsbook section. Voor bola (Asian handicap betting, a format widely used in Indonesian football wagering) markets follow their own settlement rules as specified per market.
• Live Games — Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of the game round in progress will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. The result recorded by the game server is final and binding.
• Final Settlement: All game and betting outcomes are final once settled. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of settlement via the Platform's support channel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbk4d Platform. Engaging in any of the actions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under real or fictitious personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
• Using the Platform to launder money, structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any other tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to human players using standard browser interfaces.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or pricing errors and failing to report them to mbk4d immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of sabung ayam (cockfighting) wagering or other content categories that are not explicitly offered and licensed within the mbk4d product suite.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mbk4d staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law without appropriate legal authorization.

All content on the mbk4d Platform — including but not limited to the mbk4d brand name, logo, trademarks, domain names, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, software code, game content licensed from third-party providers, and all written text — is the exclusive property of mbk4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from mbk4d.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the mbk4d name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without prior written authorization.

Game content displayed on the Platform is licensed from its respective providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. mbk4d makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content beyond the scope of its licensing agreements.

mbk4d collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mbk4d collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and management.
• KYC and AML verification in compliance with international regulatory obligations.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus transactions.
• Fraud detection, security monitoring, and responsible gaming enforcement.

mbk4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with authorized service providers (payment processors, KYC vendors, fraud detection services) and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection agreements.

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be viewed as a guaranteed source of income or as a means of addressing financial hardship. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent self-exclusion. A permanently self-excluded account cannot be reopened. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of submission to support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbk4d's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mbk4d shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business opportunity, contracts, or goodwill.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by telecommunications network failure, internet service provider outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, force majeure events, or any factor outside mbk4d's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. mbk4d does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond its control.

mbk4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour toward the Platform, its staff, or other players.
• Participation in, facilitation of, or suspected knowledge of match-fixing or betting integrity violations.
• Determination that continued operation of the Account creates unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for mbk4d.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a competent law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus or promotional balances held in the Account are forfeited immediately. Real-money balances net of any suspected fraudulent deposits will be returned to the verified payment source following the completion of any outstanding investigation, typically within 30 business days.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. If you close your Account while a bonus is active, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeline.

These Terms & Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mbk4d holds its international gaming license. Where Indonesian law is mandatorily applicable to a player resident in Indonesia, such mandatory provisions shall apply notwithstanding any choice-of-law clause herein.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mbk4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent any prohibited conduct described in Clause 7.

mbk4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date prominently displayed at the top of the document.

For material amendments — those that substantively change a player's rights or obligations — mbk4d will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to the affected Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform's login page. Minor amendments, corrections of typographical errors, or clarifications that do not affect player rights may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
